How does the pass guarantee work?+
Score 90% or higher on an ExamRecall Mock Exam within 3 calendar days before your exam, sit for the exam, and don't pass on your first attempt — send your official score report within 14 days and we'll refund your $49. Applies to both CFP® and insurance products.
How long does access last?+
Until you pass — one payment, no subscription, no recurring charges. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give at least 90 days notice and refund anyone who hasn't passed yet.
What's the difference between CFP® and insurance prep?+
CFP® prep covers the CFP Certification Examination — 170 scenario-based questions across 8 principal knowledge domains (tax, retirement, estate planning, etc.). Insurance prep covers state licensing exams (NC, TX, FL, NY, CA) — typically 55–150 questions on life and health products and state-specific regulations. They're separate products and separate purchases.
